HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN DURING WARRANTY CLAIM PROCESS

  • 1. Call the SleepDoctor Support Team on +914479665509 or email at support@oursleepdoctor.com to raise your return request for a warranty claim.
  • 2. Fill in a simple SleepDoctor Return Order Form.
  • 3. Your return request will be validated and accepted within 72 hrs.
  • 4. You will be notified, every step of the way, through email.
  • 5. Next, we will be sending you a package with packing material and return documents. This includes the following
    • 5.1 Zipper Cover – A protective zipper cover to pack the mattress, this will ensure that the return reaches us undamaged
    • 5.2 We will send the Waybill to your email address. Waybill copy contains FROM (Your) and TO (Our) address.
    • 5.3 Invoice Copy – A physical Invoice copy of your Order.
  • 6. Once you receive the packing material, please pack your mattress and stick the Waybill on the zipper cover.
  • 7. Once the Mattress Packed, request you to share the images to the same email, so that we will forward the same to the Logistic team for Pickup.
  • 8. Post Sharing the Images within 7-10 working days we will come and pick the Product.
  • 9. Hand over the Invoice and other documents to our courier partner.
  • 10. Once your return is picked up, we will process your refund within 15 working days if the claim is found to be genuine.
  • 11. If the claim is not genuine, the customer shall pay the complete freight charges.
